During our preparation meeting, we’ll offer suggestions to make your home ‘move-in ready’. Our preparation services are tailored to each specific home. Some only require minor touch-ups. Others may need substantial cosmetic work. But the aim is always to provide a positive return on your investment.
Once we have a plan set, we’ll provide you with a list of our preferred contractors. Or, we can schedule and organize everything for you. And you can just sit back and relax, knowing that we’re on top of it.
Concerned about how you will pay for any preparation? We have that covered also, MA Properties will cover the cost of the work and we get reimbursed at closing.
